Bio

December 17th, 1989.

The day my life changed forever – it was the first of three shows on the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels Tour. As I sold merchandise alongside my parents inside the Atlantic City Boardwalk Hall, I got a taste of the good life. I witnessed sound check from one of the biggest bands in history. To watch the crew and all the moving pieces come together for an unbelievable performance had me wanting more.

At eight years old, Neil Diamond was my first official concert. How many kids can say that? It was exciting, it was mesmerizing, but the true lust for live shows didn’t hit until I attended my first Bon Jovi concert on February 22nd, 1993. I consider that day my own personal national holiday. When Bon Jovi took the stage, I realized right then and there, that there was no other feeling in the world like the one you get when the lights go out and the band comes on stage. I still feel that way every time I go to a concert. Whether it is the first time or the 100th time I’m seeing a band.

I decided to start this blog because music has been a great escape and therapy for me. I’ve traveled all around North America, going to big stadiums and dives chasing the thrill of a live show. I’ve even branched out and attend the Monsters of Rock Cruise every year! I’ll be posting my experiences, my recommendations and pictures from each show. I hope you enjoy and will come along.
